These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kwizy website located at [https://kwizy.org] (the “Website”) and the Kwizy application (the “Application”) available on web, iOS App Store, and Android (Google Play Store) (collectively, the “Services”). Our Services and all content provided therein are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, and non-infringement.

Specifically, you acknowledge and agree that some of the content within our quizzes and exams may be generated by artificial intelligence. While we regularly review and manually check this content, there is a possibility that some questions or answers may be inaccurate or incorrect. We do not warrant the accuracy or correctness of any AI-generated content and encourage users to exercise their own judgment and critical thinking.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Kwizy and Anand Bhatnagar shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses) arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the Services.

7. Future Paid Features

Please note that we currently offer our core educational services for free. However, we reserve the right to introduce paid features or subscription options for “ultra-premium” users in the future. If and when such features are implemented, we will provide you with clear information about the applicable fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies at that time. Your decision to use any future paid features will be subject to any additional terms and conditions provided.
